Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos or videos).


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The damage was caused due to improper handling after delivery.


Process for Refund/Replacement

  1. Email us at support@glamnestessentials.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photo/video proof of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll process a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal dislike of fragrance/texture, or allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivities. We recommend patch testing before use.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
